On 250g of test a 200mg eq a week, trt dose. Goal - 20-30lbs lean mass over tiime. Much much karma for help!!

My one question is, what is the difference between having mostly carb/pro meals vs mostly fat/pro??

Here's my current plan, overall, he liked it.....tell me which you would prefer between the caps and non capped meals.....huge karma for assistance.

CARDIO 9no cardio for 1 month, or once a week max!!!!)

mostly carb fat or carb pro meals??? He said get 40g,40g 15g in each meal except post workout?? for LEAN mass, 6'2, 165 and 8% bf.

taking carbs helps produce a natural insulin spike. Insulin is what helps push protein into the muscles. So post work out, you want carb/protein. Your body craves protein for the first 90 min. PWO. I drink a protein shake w/orange juice right after i lift then 30 min. later eat a protein/fat/carb meal. I am a true hard gainer, if I eat less than 4 meals a day i start to lose weight like you would not believe. Mavy gave me great advice; he told me that i shouldn't eat to clean. hope this helps some.

Many nutritionalist work with either really fat people or people who cannot put on weight. I think getting diet info from bro's here is more inline with his goals as most of us are looking for the same thing. That being said, Did you pay for this diet or info. I mean is this comming from someone training you or is this just info they gave you trying to help. If this is from your trainer then stick w/it and see how it goes. If your looking for GURU type diet/macro advise then either the diet baord or a known GURU is probly where you need to ask around. X, ~SC~, Iron Addict all have plans that work. Wish I could help more but its hard to advise when still looking for the right mix for myself.
 
Curious as to why this is on C&C.....


Diet looks good, might want to take in a few more carbs...and ......eating 2 1/2 hours before I train, I'd fall asleep. To each their own, maybe it's just me, but I have to eat before I train. (within 1 hour)
 
You better stock up on digestive-enzymes and ginger root, or else your protein farts will likely asphyxiate you in your sleep. fo' real.
