Ok well heres a list of all the foods I will be using to create my own diet plan. I just wanted to know if they are the right choices and if im missing something or you don't think something should be there feel free to tell me. I know im new here so please no bitching. thank you all

- Tuna (chunk tuna in spring water)
- Skinless Chicken
- Salmon
- Pasta
- Cereal
- Lasagna

Snacks

- lasagna
- jell-o
- fruit cups
- bagel
- croissant
- crackers
- rice cakes

As to the Creatine High Octane (many varieties on the market) ?? I don't know if you mean the Cell-Tech or the Carb Control .. ?? But I would go with a straighforward creatine monohydrate like Ultimate Nutrition Creapure or move on up to taking Creatine Ethyl Ester. Try and avoid buying mixed-creatine based products. One scoop (or 5gram serving) might contain all creatine or it might contain all delivery agent. If you are going to mix creatine then do it yourself and save yourself some money in the process.

Now that you have all these different foods to choose from, do you know what your current nutitional intake values are so you can plan a solid nutition and workout program and what is your ultimate goal?
 
Why remove cereal; depending on if it is a whole wheat cereal and not sugar smacks. Sugar smacks make your pee smell bad anyways. :P

all cereals are HIGHLY processed whether its "whole" or not. Extreme heat is used to create those little cereal shapes. And most cereals are high GI so its use is limited to hard gainers.

I heard cereals used to be recommended as breakfast to people who wanted to be fat (as a sign of wealth :p )

As he wasn't specific on what 'cereal' he was looking at I just grouped them together as the vast majority of cereals are highly processed (as harhar mentioned), high in sugar, low in fibre, and high in sodium. Also they are fortified with vitamins and minerals. What this means is that they processed the natural ingredients so much that they had to fortify the final product or the consumer would be better eating the box the cereal came in.

Just an example of a 'Multi-grain' and supposedly healthy cereal (notice the sugar content).

Multi-grain Cheerios (1 cup)
Calories 120

Fat 1 g
Saturated Fat 0 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Sodium 200 mg
Carbohydrates 24 g
Dietary Fiber 3 g
Sugars 6 g
