I have a friend that works their.. And he is hooking me up with a free bag of grilled chicken a week there. I checked and it only has like 150 more grams of sodium then any store brand and has 30 grams of protein per pattie.. You guys think that would be okay for cutting .. Its free and saving me alot fo cash

My guess/exdperience is that those buns are probably not great for cutting. Maybe take 2-3 patties and make into a double or triple decker. I don't know - McDonalds is the antithesis of cutting.

ya bro no buns or nothing he just gives me the frozen bag of grilled chicken patties

I don't see anything wrong with it. If you are in a hurry, alot of fast food places have some healthy options now a days. They get alot of bad pub, so everbody just assumes EVERYTHING they sell is bad. I eat the chick filet chicken sandwhich that supposedly has no transfat, and get it with a whole wheat bun. But the Chick Filet Sandwhich isn't grilled, which kind of makes me wonder? But I'm not trying to cut, so if it's kind of clean for fast food and has alot of protein, I'll eat it up.
