For me, with prop, the first one per spot hurts the worst. If you keep hitting it and do some of the suggestions mentioned here, like slow injections, masage the area, hot shower water on the spot, etc., it can be done with only a mild discomfort. Most of you guys saying it made your thigh sore for days and you arent doing it again because it was too sore for too long. My advice is to just man up and keep doing it, it will get better.
