ok here comes that Same Question Again. How to Mass stack?
I've done lots of routines, and diferent workouts
starting from a warm up. what would u all reccomend for size?
im not all too concernt about strength, im very happy with what i can do,.. i still have lotsa room to fill.. and thus i want to gain while god permits me to muwhaha
I've done the Pyramid Stack, seems to bet he only thing that works for me..
how would u guys distribute the weights when doing this?>
