About to go on cycle. Am looking to put on size while retaining some defintion, so a lean bulk i guess. Anybody have any suggestions? I have heard high volume but more specifically? Or something else totally if you think thats the way to go?
Dude you want high intensity not high volume.
5x5, 5x8, 6x8, 8x6.
With any of these I use 10x3 for any lagging parts.
So what did you end up doing anyway?
