Seafood has to be cooked perfect,never under or over and the protein can be quite high in prawns/shellfish .
@wootoom my bro most of the pasta dishes are Italian/Mediterranean food but I have an Aussie misses who has to eat gluten free crap lol that's why it's easier to cook a protein with vegetables and rice most nights....I'm certain beef stroganoff is actually a russian dish,I eat lots of it as it's one of my favourites.
