Just finished a nice tricep & ab session after work today,came home and was making a protein shake while my younger brother is jawing off to me about lifting weights and then boom a 4.5 magnitude earthquake just hit us from 5km away it shook the house that hard it cracked the concrete render off the walls outside a little bit lol something different to end the week anyways and I drank my quake shake and told my brother to hold on to them little nuts of his(cose he doesn't use hcg)🤣

The scale is rising as we speak bother and I have also had a really good week,if I stick to my plan I can salvage what's left of this bulk,learn where I went wrong,design a more appropriate approach to bulking and definitely choose a better time to run certain compounds from a weather perspective as I work out side every day,it's all a learning curve my brother and I never stop thinking of better ways so no doubt I will find the winning formula for me soon😉

Thanks my man,I usually just take 4 days off to deload but this way is better I'm getting some good growth atm and I'm feeling strong so it will be interesting to see the weights I'll be clanging and bangin next week....I'm really fukin pumped to be honest💪🦍

I will dedicate a session every week to rack pulls until I can reach my goal or my spine folds clean in half😅either way I'm going to get it done.

@wootoom my bro most of the pasta dishes are Italian/Mediterranean food but I have an Aussie misses who has to eat gluten free crap lol that's why it's easier to cook a protein with vegetables and rice most nights....I'm certain beef stroganoff is actually a russian dish,I eat lots of it as it's one of my favourites.
russian cousine has alot of variety I have noticed in it,i will try make some borscht and shashlik one day soon😀
