I'll see how i go tomorrow with shoulders performance wise to wheather or not a deload is needed soon,I think i just had to much of a lazy day today on my day off lol I also tried 3iu hg in morning after breakfast and a quick dog walk and it put me back to sleep for hours.🤦‍♂️

The scale is rising as we speak bother and I have also had a really good week,if I stick to my plan I can salvage what's left of this bulk,learn where I went wrong,design a more appropriate approach to bulking and definitely choose a better time to run certain compounds from a weather perspective as I work out side every day,it's all a learning curve my brother and I never stop thinking of better ways so no doubt I will find the winning formula for me soon😉
