Making stirfry taster better

This is how i make my stirfry:

  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • Vegetables (white cabbage, green cabbage, carrots, onions, bean sprouts) [all sliced into small bits]
  • Diced chicken breast bits
  • Noddles (medium egg noddles)

Any suggestions on how i can make it taste better? It tastes good but it could taste better.

They sell a stir fry sauce at the grocery store. I use that. Its pretty healthy actually. Not that much fat and only maybe 3g or carbs. Makes it taste alot better. Also, i use some extra virgin olive oil light, 3 chicken breast cut into chunks, then i add a veg mix. It broc, caul, carrots. Then i add the stir fry sauce right before i finish it. Then put that over some brown rice.

I pretty much cook it the same, i just use egg noddles instead of rice. Also i dont use stirfry sauce as no shop nearby sells it. I sometimes use a little garlic too.

have you checked the sodium content of that? I'm pretty sure there is enough sodium in one serving to cover your daily allowance for a whole week.

Which is not that much of a better choice. Unless you are using the "no yolk" brand, the cholesterol level in them isn't that appealing. And considering it's made with white flour it will send your blood suagr levels thru the roof. My advice is use brown rice or whole weat pasta.
