That's understood. I'm just trying to get a good idea. My diet is pretty clean I just feel like I'm not getting enough of something mainly probably fats. I really don't know what good fats I could eat to up this. As far as me before carb sensitive? I don't think I am but I've been trying a 40/25/35 p/c/f but idk if that's to low on carbs. But when I do eat them its in the morning post workout and post post workout. Are my carbs to low? is there a general rule of thumb ie 1g/per pound for protien and carbs and .5g/per pound for fats? If so I'll Goto a 40/40/20 p/c/f
