Macro ratios?

I'm 5'8 at 163 lbs and have recently switched my diet from cutting to bulking. Today I tracked my macros and it turned out to be 208carbs, 300protein, and 55fat. The percentages turn out to be 54% carbs, 40% protein, and 6% fat. This totals 3367 calories. What should I tweak if anything for the best ratio for clean bulking. Trying to fid the sweet spot of not putting on fat while putting on muscle.

Meal 1: 1/2 cup steel cut oats
2 tbs peanut butter
8 oz liquid egg white

Meal 2: 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 chicken breast ~ 8-10oz
1/2 cup green beans

Meal 3: 1 cup white rice
1 tilapia filet
1/2 cup green beans

Meal 4: 1 cup white rice
8 oz ground beef
1/2 cup green beans

Meal 5: 1 chicken breast ~8-10oz
1/2 cup green beans

I also throw in three myofushion shakes a day. This is eating every three hours from 8:30 in the morning till 9 at night. Any suggestions on what I could change or tweak and where? I'm thinking I need to be around 3200-3500 calories.

well calculate your BMR and go 500 cals above maintenance with a split of macros that suits you, the less you cheat the better the results

Bmr is 2900 calories that's taking into consideration activity level. So I would need 3400 calories a day, I was thinking of aiming for a 40/40/20 ratio, is this a good amount or should I consume more protein less carbs ect.
