thanks guys. Friday was my last pin. I grappled friday night for an hour and half, 3 hours on saturday. Today i did a test run with the weights for a local strongman thats next month... 225 overhead press. 300, 500, 800, 950, 1200lb tires. side handle 18inch deadlift with thick handles... 350lbs/hand..... 5 sets of 20 pullups for fun. Continuing all my other sups, tapering down my t-3 and dropped the clen. Trying to figure out how long till i pick up the forma...
