Low dose Deca study

Hopefully you can read the picture I posted but found this study interesting. They took bodybuilders who Im assuming are on TRT added just 200mg/week of Deca for 8 weeks and the deca group gained 6 pounds more muscle over an 8 week period than the placebo group.

Sometimes I think the thought process of "low doses don't do nothing" is flawed and now we know it is. It just does 'less' as it should...

The heart side effects of steroids are overblown and not properly studied

as for deca durabolin, of course it's going to give good gains at 200mgs/week for sure for sure

but if you do TRT with 200mgs of testosterone enanthate you'll also get gains with less deca dick sides etc IMO

Deca CAN be used in TRT but I don't recommend it solo
Testosterone TRT 200mgs with 100mgs deca that's a self-TRT I can get behind

While you may run it solo, better results would be if you stack it with 200mgs of TEST
