Never tried it but I'm curious on it's ingredients as it's high fat for a 2oz roll, though I like the fiber

I would like more info as well. They may contain hydrogenated oils, and one would definately need to add some fat to make them work on a keto diet. Still, they might be nice when craving bread every now and then.
