Hey, bros, I need some help. I have been watching the diet and doing cardio every morning before breakfast. I'm cutting up, getting cut up abs, but the love handles still won't go away. I'm serious... I can see the veins in my lower abs, but I still have a roll around the back. How the @#$%^! do you get rid of the damned things? Do I need to drop the carbs down to 0? Or am I just being impatient? This is a real problem for me. Thanks for any suggestions.
