Its not a lot but I've got a small bit of loose skin on the lower stomach section from hitting the cardio for 4 months and losing 60lbs. I still do cardio but not as much, been lifting more. Strength is increasing rapidly which i believe is good. Only been lifting about 6 months. Since its not a lot of skin i was told i can tone that up. My question is how to do that? Im 6' 208lbs im 32 years old. Been doing cardio about 3 times a week, not light but not heavy, kind of moderate. Lifting 4 days a week. Need help please. Thanks in advance. A few have told me to ease off the next cardio a little more but im not sure.
