Looking For Some Ways To Add Calories To The Diet

Adding Olive Oil (or whatever oil you choose) to your shakes has got to be the easiest way to increase calories. Takes all of 4 seconds to dump in 2 TBSP's and you've just added 240 calories.

I have 2 shakes a day so that's almost 500 extra calories. Easy.

ThanX for all the feedback everyone!! Much appreciated!! As for increasing the protein, Im still making some solid gains maintaining 200 or slightly more grams of protein a day. The problem with upping the protein too much is that it gets too expensive. Once I start going through 4 jugs of protein a month it becomes like a car payment. I used to do that with a certain weight gainer. If I really thought it was necessary Id do it. My uncle was massive however, and says he didnt go over 300 grams of protein a day. So Im not so sure more is always better. Ive gone pretty high in the past. I was maintaining 300 grams of protein at one time, with low calories and lost alot of muscle. 200 or more grams of proten with high calories seems to be a good way for me to gain. If I eat too much protein it seems to go to waste. ThanX again everyone!!

there are these yogurt shakes by yoplait. they are called nouriche, 290 cals, no fat, 10 g protein, 6g of fiber. only downfall is there is a decent amount of sugar.

Add whipping cream or half and half to your shakes. McD's Double Cheeseburgers, plus they are on the dollar menu.

Or you could eat a couple packs of shelled sunflower seeds or peanuts a day. Easily 400-800 calories.

Don't know what kind of milk you drink but switch to homo (yeah, yeah...haha) or heavier if you can as well.

Ooops Lactose intollerant...sorry, my bad.
