Looking for playlist additions

Looking to add to my workout playlist. I listen to mostly rock/metal (metallica, pantera, megadeth, godsmack, disturbed etc) and I will listen to some rap that has a good beat in the gym…any suggestions for additions to my ipod?

as far as metallica, all the old stuff is gold - seek and destroy, jump in the fire, metal militia, etc

lamb of god - laid to rest is my current squat song.

i dont mind a bit of rise against (heaven knows, re-education, prayer of the refugee etc)

if you like any of that sort of stuff, let me know and i'll shoot you some other stuff

go on youtube and put in "best songs of the 80's" for example.. or any genre you like and usually they have a 10 minute sampler of music. then from there you can download songs and put them on your playlist. thats what i do.

i get bored with the same music really fast, and i cannot workout without music. i hate the crap the gym plays lol

I like the song. But hate Lil Wayne singing it. Sounds like he's got some marbles in his mouth. It would of been a good song for like linkin park or P.O.D or someone like that.
