Looking for Glen Chabot Workout

I have looked all over the net and I cant find any pages that have Glen Chabot's workout listed. I really dont care if it is a Bench Routine or a full body workout. I am just wanting to get an idea of what kind of things he does. If anyone has this can you please post it for me? Thanks in advance. Oh, and by the way, about a year and half or so ago I saw his diet in an article in some Bodybuilding magazine. If anyone has that can they put it up on the board too? Thanks.
 
Here is the workout of Glen Chabot's training from the august 2000 issue of Ironman. It was covering the arnold classic, an article called bench press of the millenium focused on glen and gave his training schedule. Here it is:

That's it! I followed this routine for about a month and then gave up b/c it wasn't working for shit. Not enough tris and the frequency is that of an IFBB bber. For me, westside is the bestside.
