Looking for feed back on eating and diet from the aas bro's

Ok needtogetaas:

Can you suggest a few of your favorite ways to prepare chicken breast IN BULK with the type of seasoning that won't make it taste so dry and awful? Especially after it's been in the fridge for storage (for time saving and convenience) and needs to be reheated!!!!!

Thanks!!

:)

I am meso but can become endo if i dont watch it.

or i become a blob

Nelson has a point.

I do think that learning how to feed yourself, counting calories and macros is a great way to learn, but it is not always necessary.

I think it was last week I grabbed the wrong bag and left all my meals at home.

It wasn't an issue for me, I managed to eat clean all day.

I do have whey protein at work, and I had some portions of oats there as well, packages of toasted soya beans.

Lunch, jacket/baked potatoe, tuna and a salad

Afternoon, whey protein mixed thick with almond butter (also have this at work)

No time in the morning for breakfast is such a load of rubbish.

Oats in the microwave for two minutes, throw in some whey after, with or without milk - bob's your uncle.

I think some of you think if you can't get it perfect, you don't do it at all.

This is not brain surgery lads.

It is a matter of habit, and some advanced preparation and a wee bit of thought is required.

There are times I don't feel like cooking, have the time for cooking. but I also KNOW this will happen, so I do have a lot of cooked frozen chicken, stews, chilis, things for emergency meals like packages of mixed seeds, nuts, oat cakes.....................

If you are not eating on a regular basis, and eating your meat, potatoes and two veggies (like your mom fed you), I really don't think you should be taking AAS.

The drugs may make up temporarily for the lack of diet and/or training, but in the end it will be jumping up and biting you in the rear.

Definitely the between meals are the most difficult for me because of meetings.

1. Make your own protein flapjacks

2. Go to one of those hippy health food shops and find small packages of seeds and/or nuts. Check out all their bars and find ones not full of rubbish. A few in the UK that are ok are nak'd bars, Dr. Gillian's you are what you eat bars, Oskri bars (quinoa or sesame seed ones). With some of the bars, you still need to take in some protein, some do have more in them.

3. Whole grain/Brown rice, corn, quinoa, spelt cakes. Oat cakes are delicious. I often have these Dr. Karg's krisp breads (spelt), ryvitas.

Slap a chicken breast or some tuna on, meal in a minute. Not optimum, but better than not eating.

4. Whole boiled eggs, almost a perfect food in itself.

5. Meal replacements, and you can make your own with things like whey protein and finely milled oats.

My job is very high pressure and people's lives depend on things being done FAST.

I still manage to make all my meals in a decent amount of time. Even when I am the only one in the lab.

You may need to tell people, I know I have at work (not that it isn't obvious that I am a bodybuilder because of my arms), and they support me in it.

It does get easier the more you plan all your meals.

It may require a bit more effort and time in the beginning, but hey, are you living the BBing lifestyle or not?

Thank you, that's just what I meant.

Tatty, did you get to access BOTTOM LINE BODYBUILDING?

Didn't say it was just cals bro. Of course, there's more to it. But if someone is on a steroid site and they don't know the difference between a protein food and starchy food, something is very, very wrong.
HA HA you got a point there bro.

No not yet, BRR is on it though.

I know I really love to get into the complicated food stuff, but guys, I am a biochemist!

I didn't start out this way, I just started by making healthier food choices, eating on a regular schedule.

Some of you are asking for how many calories you should eat when you are not sure what a healthy meal is, or exactly what carbohydrates are.

Baby steps, and if you are not getting bigger, eat more, if you are not losing fat, eat less.

You can learn more as you go along if you so desire.
