Hate to go against the grain here but I don't think diet is that hard. Or shouldn't be. If you know you have to get X amount of protein, just do a little planning. Ask Tatyana or anyone who's read my books about my views on diet. I think it's the most OVER rated aspect of bodybuilding. But when I say that I wind up defending to people who think I'm saying it doesn't matter what you eat. Not true. It just isn't that hard to eat a balanced diet with the right amount of calories IMO. You don;t have to be a fanatic. If you don't understand this basic premise, then it'll take more detailed elucidation than I can give in a post. That's why I wrote a book.
