Looking for feed back on eating and diet from the aas bro's

Needto, I can see where this is going......why don't you just write a cook book for us Bros, I'll buy it. Save you from saying the same thing over and over. With all the other books out there you think there would be a "Needto Get Big" cook book.

Didn't say it was just cals bro. Of course, there's more to it. But if someone is on a steroid site and they don't know the difference between a protein food and starchy food, something is very, very wrong.
Ya that is the easy part. Fitting food into the time line you have in life, making it taste good, paying for it, and a lot of other problems always arise though. Its not as simple as you like to think it is. For decades that has been the thinking though. Take in this amount of cals and thats all you need to know about food has been the msg slung by many. I am not buying it and most people are with me on this. We want to know more then just the basics when it comes to food. We want to know how to pay for our diet, how to make time for it, how to make it taste good and so much more. We want and need to know how to cook. Diet can be fun.

Maybe. Thats why I made this thread. I am asking for feed back. Asking for problems in your diet that I can solve. What is your biggest problem with diet? What would help you? what meal do you have trouble with and why? what part of your diet is killing you. Waht meals would you like to see> What kinds of food you you like to eat but think you can't eat now?

well for starters any kind of pasta can be pree cooked. Once pastas has been cooked all you have to do is run it under hot water to cook it again.

now that i think of it .. some great tasting meals that are easy to whip up with great bodybuilding value of course lol .. most of the stuff i know that tastes great is either a) trash nutruition wise b) or a pain in the azz to make

Nelson Montana you are making diet sound like just numbers. For fuck sake that sucks. It really fucking sucks. I don't know about you but I don't want my diet to be so boring and shitty that its all about number.

My diet isn't boring . I think you thought I just look at numbers. I don't do that at all. Many of the pros I've interviewed don;t get all hung up on diet and timing and all that. Maybe I'm not explaining myself well here. Even more reason for everyone to buy my book, then they'll know how simple it really is. :)
