lifting while hurt

I was in a car accident last night and got pretty banged up. I hit my head on the dashboard and have some knots and straps on my forehead. I also have whiplash. Do you think it would be ok if I did some pull ups and rows tonight. I probably know the answer just curious as to what u all have to say:)

yeah they took me to the emergency room. They x rayed my neck and everything is fine. He also didnt expect any head injury (although the pumps and scraps look pretty awful)lol
 
A day or two of rest isn't going to do you any harm. That said, if you feel up to it, you could ease your way into the workout and see how things go. Afterall, you can stop at any time, and a good lifting session always makes me feel good.
