LGD 4033 >hardgainer cycle log/advice ?

Having run LGD several times, I agree that your starting dose is no good. I normally start at 8mg and increase 1mg each week of the cycle. Btw, that is one solid pct! I've had very successful recoveries with unleashed and hcgenerate. I'd also consider throwing ostarine in your pct to maintain your gains
 
The clinical trial showed a 1.5 kg increase in lean muscle in people taking only 1 mg a day for 4 weeks. So imagine what this will do to someone that actively works out. In reality, you're "probably" getting an under dosed bottle of LGD (sorry reps.....again, this comes from research in scientific journals) so I would say a 5 mg/day would be a good start,. Up to you though. I just started my run of LGD from SARMS1, i'll be running 5 mg/day for 8 weeks with HCGenES and Forma. PCT will be unleashed and HCGen

osta is a must , if you want to maximize pct.
 
Definitely run 10mg from the start. Your gains will be much better if you do

I have only 1 10mgx30ml bottle on hand, so I'm forced to stick within 300mg's for the full cycle. Should I go for higher doses and less time or more time at lower doses ? Keep in mind, this is my first sarm cycle.
 
Ok, the rest of my gear should arrive tomorrow abd I'll begin the log. I've seen varying opinions on this, so should I take the dose before my workout, in the am with breakfast, or does it matter ? I've mostly seen people taking it some time in the am, but they never mention if it's consistant with their workout sched. I usually lift around 2 pm. :stilleto:
 
Osta isn't suppressive but it isn't good for restarting the hpta either. I'd stick with the hcgenerate or I'd bartend a few nights and get the osta too 😜

look at my avatar.. you think someone my size can seriously gain what guys in these clinical studies gain?

you are comparing apples to oranges.

its the same thing as reading guys who put on 20 pounds of weight on a 10 week steroid cycle. if you are underweight of course you are going to put on a ton of mass easily. doesn't mean shit.
 
Day 1 - I started on a dose of 2mg for the first week today since it is my first cycle, and I'm taking the advice to stay around the 5-8mg dosage for 8 weeks.
I had some vivid dreams tonight whaich was interesting. I'm going to start taking in the AM.

Day 2 - 2mg-Had a great lift today, no sides, but no noticable increases

Day 3 - 2mg- Had a good cardio session today. No sides, and feeling generally energetic.
