Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals?

Are they really all they claim to be. The nutrition data seems to be in check for a lean meal(typical meal would be 300 Cal., 9 fat, 24 protein, 40 carbs, and 600 sodium). But I've read before that they're not really a healthy alternative. Is there anything I should look out for when buying them?

Check out the ingredients in them, it's not usually clean food, lots of aditives and preservatives. A lot of companies around here in the UK, just make their healthy range the same as their normal range just make the portion shit smaller.

When I ate them, I bought the lower calorie meals (under 300 cals) and once they introduced the Spa Cuisines (with the WW pastas) I used them & added 1 cup of my own veggies + extra lean meat (like chicken) to make it a well-rounded meal.

I'd watch out for the sodium & sugar levels -- they can be very high....
