I guess this is more of a women's question.
I don't know many men who know how the female body responds or adapts, but will gladly take advice from the guys.
When your lifting weights, like me, I lift a certain amount of weight for 4 weeks. Then I add 5 lbs. to my current lifting weight and repeat that for 4 weeks, & keep doing that.
I change my sets, reps, & exercises every 4 weeks too -
Here is my problem: What do I do when I can't lift anymore weight, I can't imagine one day ever being able to lift like 80 lbs. for biceps ?
if I can't, will my gains come to a complete halt once I reach that day ?
Advice, suggestions ? Shold I be upping them by 5lb. every 4 weeks ? should I work with the same weight for longer than 4 weeks ?
or should I bring the weight down ?
I know you should always try to keep your muscles guessing ?
Thank again !
