NO offense whatsoever intended heavywear...from your statement you obviously are a "quad squatter". However if your knees are coming in it is a sign of weak hips and or weak hamstrings. To keep the knees out get a band and place it around your knees and practice forcing your knees out against it. Bring the hips and hamstring strength up and your problem should go away.

Also lighter lifters should have there toes pointed straight ahead or only slightly out. Toes pointed way out only compensate for weak hams, doesnt fix the problem.
