Check the ingredients just to make sure whats in it... Some protein shakes have Creatine and other things in them, which imo shouldn't be given to kids.

hey hun

went in for the first round of meetings and I must say I was supported 100% even reminded, when I made a comment about not wanting to stir the waters, that it wasn't me that stirred the waters.. and that I needn't blame myself at all.

They went into meeting with my boss and then will go into meeting with The guy. I will find out what will happen from there.

I work for some amazing people, love my job and my superiors... I can go to them with any thing I need and feel very comfortable with them, not sure why I didn't express this earler on..

I'd check with their Ped. Don;t go haf-cocked off what some people gather if healthy for a VERY young child.

Likely, it is fine. But isn't it worth asking your Ped about????

I'm actually in the process of looking for a new pediatrician. I ABSOLUTELY despise the one they have now. Long story, but I don't trust her as far as I can throw her. But I did call 2 pediatricians out of the phone book, and of course, because I wasn't a patient, they never called me back. I called their current, and I use the term EXTREMELY loosely, 'doctor', three times and she hasn't called me back. But, my mother in law is a pediatric nurse, and she says it's okay for them, but wouldn't recommend giving it to them more than once a day.

And Frisky, I'm glad everything has gone okay so far!!! I wish you the best. It truly sucks when you think you have to leave a job for something that's not even your fault!
