10pm- yoplait light. 1% fat cottage cheese + some nuts would be better.
i know i should be eating more. i read this on a different thread, so i'm gonna try to just cook a couple meals on sunday night or something and take it w/ me to work and heat it up for lunch. i have 2 cheat meals a week, usually on the weekends, and sometimes it's worse when there are a lot of birthdays (like this week). what do yall do when you go out to eat w/ friends? i usually order chicken breast w/ grilled veggies or a salad w/ dressing on the side, but i still feel guilty afterwards. i'd love some tips on this, and on my diet! i'm gonna get my bf measured tomorrow so i'll post that up soon also

You are NOT eating enough -- not even close..... You need more protein & veggies.... try keeping track of your food at a site like www.fitday.com to see how many cals you're ingesting etc.
When I go out (now -- took me a while to get there) I drink water & always get a salad with dressing on the side & some type of meat/veggie dish.
Definitely get your bf tested & let us know....
