hi ladies! i'm somewhat new to EF so i just thought i'd say hi and introduce myself. i'm an accounting major at UT Austin. i did great freshman year, worked out 5x/wk, ate right, dropped a good 15 lbs, but i let myself go and two years of binge drinking & eating whatever the hell i wanted to (thank you college life) wreaked hell on my body and now i'm finally sick of it. i got back into working out & eating right at the end of march, lost 6 lbs so far... now i'm at 152lbs, 5'8" and i have a long ways to go but i feel stuck.
i'm at the gym m-f, sometimes saturdays and my workouts are pretty much the same everyday:
20min HIIT on stairmaster
20min steady pace jogging (indoor track)
10min walk/cooldown
bench press - 4 sets of 12 @ 55lbs
DB curls - 4 sets of 10 @ 17.5lb
DB shoulder press - 4 sets of 10 @ 12.5lbs
overhead tricep extensions - 4 sets of 10 @ 25lbs
machine leg press - 1 set of 12@ 160, 2 of 12 @ 180
5 sets of 20 crunches
standing calf raise machine - 3 sets of 15 @160lbs
i would LOVE any advice yall have. i've been researching when i'm at work but i still feel like a total newbie in the gym... thanks ladies!
