hello everyone im joining the army in 1 year. I need to make a 36 waste they said my minimum was 198 but i want to break that im 240 now. They said i have a naturally large build. im going to me taking hydroxycuts in 1 week for 2 months and i know i cant just sit around and hope the pounds fall off. I will be lifting weights and running alot, running more then lifting sence i dont want to gain muscle weight just burn fat but keep my muscle at where it is.
If anyone has some Tips for me or diet plans you think would work for me please dont hold back.
