Joining the Army

hello everyone im joining the army in 1 year. I need to make a 36 waste they said my minimum was 198 but i want to break that im 240 now. They said i have a naturally large build. im going to me taking hydroxycuts in 1 week for 2 months and i know i cant just sit around and hope the pounds fall off. I will be lifting weights and running alot, running more then lifting sence i dont want to gain muscle weight just burn fat but keep my muscle at where it is.
If anyone has some Tips for me or diet plans you think would work for me please dont hold back.
 
push ups sit ups and run bro.i was in the army for 4 years and I can tell you thats all they care about.you should just run evry day then do sit ups and push ups.
 
Your post is a bit unclear: What do you mean by "need to make a 36 waste" (36" waist??) and "my minimum was 198" (198#??? there is no minimum!) the only size restrictions are if you are over weight! Are they saying your MAXIMUM weight limit is 198#???
The only thing they care about is 2 mile time, push-ups, and sit-ups! I would focus on the pushups and HOLDING yourself in the "front-leaning-rest position" for up to 15 minutes at a time!
I was Army for 11 years including Desert Storm and some shit in Central America in the mid '80's. 19E to start and then 19K. Good luck, and thank you in advance for your service!
 
If that is all you need and you are fat then eat as little as possible, run at least 2 miles in the AM and 4 in the PM, drop and knock out as many push-ups as you can do at least 10 times a day, do sit-ups to failure twice daily, make sure you are losing no less than 1.5 lbs per week....if not run harder, eat less, and DO MORE PUSH-UPS!!!!
 
At ease.....but you won't do it.......you'll show up in the same shape you're in now or you'll puss out and say you couldn't do it for some lame reason. You know what you need to do and you come here for some magic cure. Man up, soldier....or stay at home. What, you haven't ever been told you are a jelly-spined excuse for a human being and that the very best part of you ran down your daddy's leg? Or that your mommy only had you cause she took it up the ass and the smart babies came out of her stinking, gaping pussy while you were a bastard asshole baby?
And your girlfriend in is home fucking every Jody on the block.........that is what you will need to deal with to get through basic you fat, mealy mouth, pimple on the ass of a real American piece of shit!
