Actually I'll probably be roaming around at first, then I'll veg out a few days later... and THEN the room services people will hate me.

I hope they have decent choices.... otherwise they're steaming brocolli for me, lol.

Back to diet.

Tell me how that 5X5 works out. I have had great progess without it and dont see myself switching it up until I platue. I think I am sending out for my clen tommarow. I am at 197 and am in the best shape of my life. Feel good. Got cardio tommarow morn. Should be fun.
 
the 5x5 can be viewed in the Weighlifting forum... i'm really excited to give it a shot, even though i've been making progress with my own training program...

on that note, here's my meal plan for my 5x5, and may add 100 calories every other week, after i gauge my progress...

Bad ass dude. Got your diet on lock. Nice spread.. all color coded and everything. I was thinking of making several spreads as well to monitor progress of weight. Max lifts. Body measurments. etc.. good job for gettin it done.
 
i'll be getting that done here within the next couple of days as well... ;)

i'm pretty anal about keeping records of my stuff...
 
I didnt see your alcohol intake? just kidding. Being anal is a good thing when thinking of dieting. not so good with other parts of life.
 
nice layout.; seems that you're gettin a lot of calories from those shakes. id scale them back and add some more chicken or another type of lean meat.
 
i dropped one of them at Meal 2, but don't think i can cut out anymore... just can't eat all the food to meet the caloric surplus i'm looking for...

:(

also made other changes, i'll post up later tonight... i'm sure there will be other changes as the weeks go by and eating gets easier...
 
you should try injectable b12 to help keep your apetite up. its a natural way to help keep you hungry. there are some things i dont like about your diet, like meal #3. a bar and shake? u dont need both. u also have a huge gap between your 830 meal and 1am meal. you can def fit something in there. also, your before bed shake can have more protein in it.
