**Day 19 No Alcohol!!

8:45am
Iced coffee: 1/4 cup FF milk + 1 packets Splenda + 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla syrup + coffee + ice

9:30am
1/2 cup liquid egg whites + 1/2 cup spinach + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese + 2 oz. cooked ground turkey

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9 oz.) bottle of water

Errands.....

12:53pm
1 Glucorell

1:10pm
4 oz. leftover grilled London Broil, marinated in RF French Dressing
Potato Salad: 5 oz. white red potatoes with skin, 1 tblp. FF mayo, ACV, spices, 1 HB egg white + 1/2 HB egg yolk - chopped

1 Fresca Black Cherry/Citrus soda

*Could really see my shoulder muscles doing the Side Laterals....AWESOME!!

Stationary Bike: 10 mins, Level 2, 1.86 miles

PWO Shake: 3 oz. fresh strawberries + 1/2 cup skim milk + ice + water + 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 serving Liquid Gluc/Chon/MSM (keep forgetting to take this darnit!!)

2 Morningstar Farms Veggie Broccoli/Cheddar Nuggets

Pretty good today..... went out today without my brace on & looked like a dope tender-footin' thru the grocery store, cuz I was nervous without it.....will have my Orthopedist check it out tomorrow....blister still horrible & ugly....bleh!

I had a Dr's appt at 8:00am today then PT right after at 9:00am.....so I was up & out of the house early early......and I wasn't getting up any earlier than 7:00am either......LOL
