Ahhh the designated driver! LOL Last time I was supposed to be some stranger had to drive me and my girl home and I woke up in the pssngr seat of my car in the daytime with puke all over my lap. OMG! LOL Memories. LOL Good luck!! And have a blast!!

Right Leg Hamstring Curls: 20lbs - 3x10
Angled Seated Calf Raises: 60lbs - 3x20

Stationary Bike: 30mins; 5.5 miles; Worked up to level 4

**Gym is closed tomorrow & I don't have formal PT again until Wednesday....

4 3/8 oz. grilled chicken
Large takeout Greek Salad (romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, Feta, onion)
2 Tblsp. Vidalia Onion Dressing (thinned the bottled dressing with ACV)

Scrip (I think???)

Water Tally: 4 (16.9oz) Bottles of water

****The rest of the day should be a challenge - we've been invited to a BBQ at a friends......they live about 1/2 hour away, so I'll be the designated driver which should keep me alcohol free!!

****At the BBQ (got there at 5:00pm)......didn't pay attn. to times, etc.....took 2 Glucorell & 2 Sesamax while there......Also - DID NOT DRINK!! YAYYYYYY!! But I ate....eh, not a HUGE deal, IMO, cuz I haven't really had a "cheat" meal and I picked a bunch of strawberries from their patch to bring home..... I soooooooooo much wanted a glass of wine cuz people were walking around with glasses of wine, but I resisted - brought my own water & Crystal Light too - good thing cuz they had NO diet sodas or water, just regular sodas & Capri Sun pouches.....

Food:
1 cheeseburger
2 hot dogs (1 on a bun)
1 small spoonful macaroni salad
1 small spoonful baked beans
Some veggies & fruit
Picked at the chips & Chex Mix a bit
1 small piece apple pie
1 sponge cake shell with fresh fruit & whipped cream

**Water tally: 67.6oz + 50.6 oz (2-25.3oz bottles) = 118.2 + the BIG container of Crystal Light I took (1/2 gallon maybe?)

Totals: Looking at about 2,500 cals today....
 
Hey thats great! You have some amazing will power there girl!!! Very admirable :qt: (referencing the resisting the wine :D well and all alcohol)

I ate what I ate cuz it's stuff I don't normally eat/have in the house/make, etc - so it was special occasion type stuff.....

You are VERY welcome :D I also went to a cook out, but this one with my family... thanks to my mom though (who let me know I look like I put on weight grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) I stuck to my diet 100% :lmao: Then they even asked me if I wanted some the cookie pizza, and my response (being the smart @$$ that I am) was "No thanks, I'd prob gain another 5 lbs" :evil:

Good for you!! Don't let the neggy-nillies bring you down.....my mom used to say dumb stuff like that....drove me nutz....
