**Sore from yesterday's workout and for some reason my lats are really sore....

**My legs are SORE today - especially the right one....knee is sore too & my lats are still sore for some reason....

**Decided to take the 5:00pm Spinning class tomorrow and to also buy my truck, so I decided to bypass the gym since I'm so sore and sign all the paperwork.....I now OWN my truck - outright! :worried: :p :chomp:

5:30pm - Walked down to Iron Hill Brewery to "celebrate"
Pre-food: 2 Glucorell

Picked at the plate of hubby's nachos
Ate about 1/2 of the hummus appetizer (pita/hummus/cukes/tomato/feta/olives)
1 side of the Fajita grilled chicken (guessing 3.5 oz)
1 (5 oz) glass of wine

Post-food: 2 Sesamax

**Water tally: 1 (16.9 oz) bottle Lipton green tea + 5 (16 oz) cups water + 2 (16 oz) pint glasses of water @ the bar + 1 (aprox. 24 oz cup) water

Total: 1979 cals
Fat: 64g/31%
Carbs: 189g/34%
Fiber: 32g
Protein: 140g/30%
Alcohol: 14g/100g/5%

Congrats on the new truck, Jens! Maybe you need to test drive it to Philly to come see me more now? ;)

Good luck for spinning class this evening. I already got mine done this morning - I have to say I'm hooked. I never thought I'd ever have a fave type of cardio, but it looks like I do now.

It's not a new truck - it's the same one I've had for 3 years....the lease ended so I ended up buying it......We will definitely have to make plans to visit!!

Spinning was HARD!! Can't believe I did it 2x a week before......I only made it 50 mins - got a cramp in my right calf that just wouldn't quit.....I'll go back tho!
