**Got a little bit of ab-age this morning - not a six-pack but a little definition!

2 Glucorell

8:25am
1 4-cup pot of coffee (1 large mug) + 3 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. FF creamer

6 scrambled egg whites + 1 packet ketchup
2 turkey bacon slices
1/2 cup dry oats + 1 packet Splenda + apple pie spice + 1 tblsp. Raisins

Shower, exfoliate......applied YES

9:05am

9:10am - Drove to PT

~ 6:30pm - Went out to dinner
1 Martini
2 Glasses of Wine
Bread
3 garlic shrimp
Used the bread to mop up the oil, etc from the shrimp
1 slice of appetizer-size pizza
Salad with papaya, pear, goat cheese, greens
Pork tenderloin with polenta

**2 Sesamax with dinner

1 SF rice pudding + 1 SF chocolate/vanilla swirl pudding

**Didn't add any of the above into fitday......but did drink my 1 gallon of water....

Evening Dollface I hope you had a fabulous day!

It never ceases to amaze me when someone finds out they need to have surgery of some sort and the doctor recommends therapy/exercise before surgery and they just sit on their butt and complain. Then they whine during the entire recovery phase which generally lasts longer. Unfortunately I see this all too often.

You on the other hand, have taken the bull by the horns, thrown it to the ground and yelled: "Anyone wanna steak?" :evil:

**12 days until surgery!!**

**Doing this by memory as I haven't logged all day.......

~ 8:15am
1 large mug of coffee + 3 packets Splenda + 2 tblsp. FF creamer

~ 10:00am
2 slices Arnold Bakery Light 100% WW bread
2.5 oz. Healthy Choice Turkey Lunch Meat
2 slices Turkey Bacon
1 lettuce leaf + 1 tblsp. FF mayo
1 slice FF cheese

**Sometime after eating: 2 sesamax

**Sometime later in the am: 3 D-root

~ 1:00pm
Chicken + Spaghetti Sauce
~ 1 cup of Dreamfields Low Carb Penne Pasta
(this pasta says you only count 5g of digestible carbs - but doesn't say where the "other" carbs come from....*sigh*)

1:45pm - Drove to gym
Stationary Bike; 30 mins; Level 4; 5.70 miles
Back & Abs
Seated Rows w/Straight Bar: 70lbs - 4x8
Narrow Grip Pulldown: 90lbs - 2x8; 80lbs - 2x8
Cable Rack Pullovers: 60lbs - 1x10; 70lbs - 2x10
Reverse Pec Deck: 50lbs - 3x10

3:20pm
Multi, B-Complex, Scrip

4:00pm
2 Sesamax + 3 D-root

4:30pm - Walked down to Iron Hill Brewery.....had water

5:30pm
3 oz. (1 pouch) BB chunk lite tuna mixed with 1/2 pickle slice + radish + bell pepper + 1 tblsp. FF mayo
1 Low Carb WW wrap

6:30pm
2 12 oz. can Michelob Ultra

9:45pm
1.5 scoops low carb Whey Protein Powder in water
2 tblsp. ANPB

**Drank 1 gallon of water today +

Totals: 1642 cals, 39g fat/22%, 154g carb/33%, 24g fiber, 138g protein/35%, 22g alcohol, 10%

No whinning until an hour after surgery and that is about it! You don't whine you win!
