1/2 cup dry oats + 1 tblsp. raisins + apple pie spice + 1 packet Splenda

Shower, exfoliate......applied YES

9:00am
1 Trex + 2 Sesamax

9:30am
Strength Testing on Right Leg (to see if the PT has made a difference)
Right leg is 20% stronger than when I first started PT - however, left leg is somewhat weaker......Pre-op PT is done as of last Friday....

10:40am
2 Levorex

3 Day Split - Volume High Intensity Workout
Chest & Tris
Incline DB Press: 25s - 4x14
Seated Dips: 90lbs - 3x12
Pec Deck: 60lbs - 1x10, 2x14
Tricep Pushdowns on Pushdown Rack w/Rope: 30lbs - 1x12; 35lbs - 1x12; 40lbs - 1x10
Incline Presses w/Standard Bar: 20lbs added to bar: 1x12, 1x10, 1x12

Stationary Bike: 20 mins; 3.7 miles; Level 4 for 6 mins, then Level 5

1:30pm
4 oz. grilled pork
~ 1.5 cups leftover Thai Veggies
~ 1/2 - 2/3 cup rice noodles

2 SF York mini peppermin patties
