My, my what a great back you have.....

Thank you! I have to admit that was last spring and I've lightened up alittle since then - just enough to lessen some anxieties I was having about my workouts being so hard. It was getting to the point where I dreaded going to the gym. It was definately a bleak situation but all fixed now :)

I sometimes need a break too - but it's nice when you get back into it!!

Good job on the AB-AGE! I can't wait to see my ab-age :rolleyes:
 
Keep up your prehab...you're doing a great job. This hard work WILL pay off, and your dedication to your diet and fat loss will carryover into your subsequent rehab, making all of it much easier. You should be proud of yourself...give yourself a pat on the back. :)
