Whether it's true or not, I dunno - but the concept has grossed me out that I can't eat chips & salsa out anymore.....

Oh yeah... I'll be staying FAR away from that at restaurants now!

Yup ... That's gross. No matter where I go, I have to see them pour it out of the bag in front of me (for peanuts, chips etc) or I cannot touch it. Hard with the Salsa if they have to go back to the kitchen to get it but I will no longer look at salsa the same, that's for sure. :( They do this at bar as well... notorious for "marrying" the wines & booze. If you ever think your beverage tastes funny, it probably does, or dirty glass still soapy ... which can make ya :sick: ...

Well they brought out chips & salsa tonite & neither one of us touched it.....we immediately set it off to the side....bleh!

Post-run shake: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder + 2 tsp. Glutamine + 2/3 cup skim milk + 3 oz. frozen peaches + ice

**Decided since I was already at the gym, I'd do my lifting....

Chest/Anterior Delts/Abs
Incline DB Press: 35lb DBs - 3x8
Front Raises on Incline Bench: 10lb DBs - 3x8
Incline DB Flyes: 25lb DBs - 3x8
Seated Shoulder/DB Press: 25lb DBs - 3x8
Incline Crunches: 3x20
Upright Rows w/EZ Bar; Wide Grip: 30lbs Added - 1x10; 35lbs Added - 1x8, 1x7
Seated Pec Fly Machine (cable rack was taken): 70lbs - 1x8; 80lbs - 2x8
Rope Crunch: 140lbs - 2x10

11:35am
2 slices toasted Ezekial Bread + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese + 3 oz. chicken + mustard + 1 oz. tomato

2 Levorex + 1 Sesamax

**Now my knees ache.....

12:00pm
1 Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper

**Water Tally: 3 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of Fitness Water

3:00pm
Pig in a Blanket: 1 LC WW TJs tortilla + 1 slice FF cheese + 1 Turkey Hot Sausage link + mustard, baked
1 Kozy Shack NSA rice pudding cup

2 Levorex + 1 Sesamax

**Water Tally: 5 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle of Fitness Water

~ 3:10pm - Iced the knee for 20 mins

4:30pm - Went out to dinner to a Tex-Mex/Cajun place
The damage (and I forgot my Gluc/Sesamax):
3 margaritas (they were 1/2 price!)
Appetizer: Seafood salsa (crab/shrimp mixed with fresh salsa & avocado)
Tortilla Chips
Steak/Chicken Combo Fajitas (had 2 tortillas + some of the fajita stuff)
Side of Black Beans
Side of Rice

**Would have liked to go for a walk post-dinner but my knees/legs are too sore....
