No kidding, SBT! The worst is when they're at the airports and you're hungry gettin' off a plane...so friggin' hard to walk by the darn booth without stopping.

(had a bit of kneecap pain on this exercise)

**The "braced" comments mean I wore my leg brace & the "taped" comments mean I pulled & taped my kneecap in a position where it's off to the left side......the taped position of the kneecap is supposed to help the exercises be pain free.....but eh, not really...

Good Gawd, that sounds like it would annoy the heck outta me, b/c i'd KNOW it wasn't 'straight' ... You're a trooper JC :rose:

How are you doing with the drinking?

Congrats on the job thingy :arty: have to go back & re-read so I'm sure I'll edit this when I catch up :)

I decided not to keep track of the "no drinking" thing anymore.....when I do have something to drink - I log it & keep it at 1 glass of wine or 1/2 glass.....I have been noticing that I think my wine is going bad in my wine cabinet due to the heat (1 bottle even broke open & leaked!).....

I've also decided that trips to the liquor store will no longer be part of my errands.....


Per Noel (the PT), having my kneecap pulled to the left & staying there is supposed to reduce the kneecap pain I have when working out my leg.....didn't seem to help much today.....


We'll see how the 2nd interview goes!! I think I flubbed the 1st one, but I guess I didn't do too badly.....
