Monday August 7th

**Couldn't sleep last nite....was up until 3am....so I'm grumpy today....

1:00am
2 cups spoon-sized Shredded Wheat + milk (about 1.25 cups - didn't measure)

Waking Temp: 97.1 (~ 8:50am)
Weight: N/A

8:35am
2 Cardio Breeze
(they didn't really have an impact....bleh!)

8:55am
2 HB Egg Whites

9:35am - Walk down to Riverfront, ~ 8 mins
4 cycles of: Run down boards, walk back
Walk Home
(wasn't "into" doing this & knee felt weird, so I quit early)

10:30am
PWO shake: 2 tsp. Glutamine, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup skim milk, water, ice, 2 oz. frozen peaches

**Water Tally: 2 (16.9 oz) bottle of water

~ 12:00pm
Wrap: 1 TJs LC WW tortilla + 1 tblsp. FF Mayo + 2.25oz. chicken + tomato

2 Levorex + 1 Sesamax

1 Diet Pepsi

**Water Tally: 4 (16.9 oz) bottle of water + 1 bottle (33.8 oz) Walmart Flavored Sparkling water
(I think I've drank 6 bottles of water actually.......lost track)

~ 4:00pm - Walk around Riverfront, 45 mins

~ 5:00pm
Handful of Chex Mix

6:25pm
1 Glucorell

6:45pm
7 oz. grilled steak
1/2 cup Pictsweet Seasoned Summer Vegetables
4 Coconut Shrimp
Large Salad + 2 tblsp. Newman's LF Sesame Ginger Dressing

2 Levorex + 1 Sesamax

**The 1:00am cereal-fest has completely thrown me off my totals for the day....I'd be at 1496 cals w/o it.... :rolleyes:
