**Trying to avoid the block party with the food & alcohol!!

**Going by fitday's numbers for the meal out & it they are correct then I'm WAY over my cals for the day....*sigh*

1 scoop ON choc. mint protein powder in water (not bad tasting!)

Totals: 1961 cals, Fat: 83g/39%, Carbs: 166g/32%, Fiber: 11g, Protein: 138g/29%
 
good morning!

i have mys sister's block party coming up this sat....i'm def nervous about how much i'm going to eat. (i'll be popping gluc's like nobody's business) i will not drink though b/c i have to drive home
