Hola Bonita!
I had the most delicious seared tuna last night, came with a "mirror of cilantro sauce" diced avocado and sprinkled with dark sesame seeds...I am trying to come up with the recipe...It was mostly a good/great tuna....

1/4 cup SF syrup

1 cap Methyl 13-C NO2 booster
