Lying 1-Legged Leg Curls which leg did you have surgery on? Maybe your rt hamstring is weaker and you are using your calf to raise the weight. Are your toes pointed straight, or are you flexing your toes which contracts the calf? May have to drop the weight some... Just a thought.

Morning T!! In the movement, my foot is positioned as if I was sitting or standing & not pointed straight out......and even when the weight is lower, I still feel it in my calf that way....almost feels like a cramp.....I go to PT tomorrow, so I'll ask about it....

Iced Coffee: black coffee, 2 packets Splenda, 1 tblsp. SF Vanilla Syrup, 2 tblsp. FF Vanilla Creamer, ice

Egg Mess: 6 egg whites scrambled with 1 big spoonful spicy turkey mix & 2.375 oz. red potatoes
(looked like a mess on the plate, but it tasted good)

Hmmm let me know what they say please ;) Might include calf stretches?!?

Seated Rows: 80lbs - 1x8; 90lbs - 2x8
Wide-Grip Pulldowns to Front: 90lbs - 1x7, 2x8
Pulldowns to Rear w/Rope: 60lbs - 1x8 (easy!); 80lbs - 3x6 (ok this was hard!)
Hyperextensions w/40lb DB: 3x10
Bent Over Seated Laterals: 15lb DBs - 3x8
Bent Over DB Rows: 40lb DB - 3x5*
*Each Side
Good Mornings: Bar Only (dunno the weight on the bar tho) - 3x10

(drank 1 bottle of water @ the gym, but am not adding it to my totals)

1:10pm
25 pieces cheese tortellini + some spicy ground turkey mixture

Multi + 2 caps Glutamine (1,000 mg Glut in each cap)

**Water Tally: 3 (16.9 oz) bottles of water

I use to make something similar to this - just with more "stuff" in it. Called it "garbage" cuz that's what it looks like! lol Tastes GREAT tho! :p

Hubby talked me into going down to Newark for the Deer Park's 1/2 price burger & $2 24-oz. Miller Lite Special.....So:
