Lying 1-Legged Leg Curls which leg did you have surgery on? Maybe your rt hamstring is weaker and you are using your calf to raise the weight. Are your toes pointed straight, or are you flexing your toes which contracts the calf? May have to drop the weight some... Just a thought.
