Figure is supposed to be the most feminine of the categories

Methinks you are all a little cynical ;)

I see nothing wrong with her diet, and in many ways it's similar to what I (and most other bodybuilders) have used for decades. I eat more because I'm bigger, but otherwise can diet with 10x bodyweight in calories and very low fat, and get pretty lean without AAS.

Her supplements were also not mentioned, but you can be sure she prolly uses multis, maybe calcium/magnesium, fish oil if she's smart, appetite suppresants/beta agonists and who knows what else in terms of ergogenics. But the diet looks solid. I'll bet she also throws in some cheat meals/refeeds (whether she intends to or not!!).

I guess when someone like that posts a "pre-comp diet" -- if you compete for a living, when do you start "pre-comp" -- like 4-8 weeks out or what? That would be my thoughts when looking at how basic the diet is. Depends on what she maintains year-round or as sort of a pre-pre-comp.

Hi ya The Shadow. Nice to drop in on you guys and gals. I don't disagree with mixing fats and proteins at bedtimes, I'm just observing that many BBs of the past (including myself) have successfully dieted for competitions without this (relatively) modern practice of adding fats. I'm actually from the old school that believes it's healthiest to go to bed on an empty stomach, and that the body is imminently capable of handling prolonged fasting overnight without major catabolism, providing overall protein intake is high and the training stimulus is adequate. But I digress. In no way am I saying she doesn't use AAS or other ergogenic drugs, I'm just proposing that there's nothing inherently wrong with her diet provided she can stick to it. This is where most people would have trouble with her diet. You have to be very motivated to stick to a diet like that for months on end, but it almost goes without saying that she would also have cheat meals in there.
