Jenny Lynn's (this years Olympia figure champ) precomp diet....

I think I'd like that diet.

I like all of those foods (alot) & it would be easy to prepare etc.

What about fat? Is that not important when your cutting like that?

Fat kinda keeps er, :worried: the pipes lubed.

You know what I used to do (and have to go back to soon) is double up my meals - meaning take one meal and cut it in half as two meals and if you want say one meal with say rice/potato and the other w/ veggies you still only have to travel with one meal - you can also push it to cover three meals if you had to.

that was sort of my point....

I feel weird critiqing the diet of a professional athlete....

ITs what works for HER with HER supplementation.....

Im sure her macros are more balanced your round

You guys should all take note of one thing in her diet; all her protein comes from whole food protein sources. Whole food protein is superior to shakes (except maybe PWO, when you need a quick hit of whey).

I believe its her diet, but yeah, who knows about the rest of the "supplements".

How do you find out a pro's cycle? ;) J/K well kinda :verygood:

Seriously one thing that I liked in the artical is that she doesn't have a nutrionalist or a trainer she does all her contest prep herself. 10 years of training she knows here body and she reads everything she can get her hands on regarding diet and training, I got to respect that.

To a certain degree, if you do regular competition even for a few years, you should have your diet & training mastered at that point. My opinion anyway. A couple cycles of diet / dial in / adjust /diet / dial in, etc and you start picking up what works & what doesn't.

I have questions about the calorie intake. I know she must be doing crazy cardio and all that. How come her body doesn't go into starvation mode with such few calories?

All I've very heard is that if you don't eat enough, you won't lose. Clarification on this would help me greatly.
