that was chuck zito his former bodyguard bad ass dude and hells angel member
Van Damme was a huge coke head. That explains his leaness.
Overall, I wasn't very impressed with his physique once I joined a real gym. Sad thing though is that 90% of people on here dream/juice/train/juice/eat/juice to try to look like Ronnie Coleman when their genetics are obviously more geared to a Van Damme physique. Which they don't even achieve that because they pursue an unrealistic goal and work against their body's potential. And wind up never looking much different year after year.
He needs to go back to France with all the other pussies.
I wonder what kind of gear he was on? Anybody know?
I don't think he was on any gear. He was not overly massive or anything. Just lean and toned.
If you look at him in early films like No Retreat No Surrender and the break dance one Breakin, he always looked lean and toned. Not jacked.
He's gone downhill now though.
He needs to go back to France with all the other pussies.
Steven Segal is/was a fat slob who just beat up on hispanic guys in all his movies.
Jean Claud was a ballet dancer, not a fighter.

yeah thats bloodsportIs it Bloodsport where JCVD sets his heels on two chairs about 5ft apart in a perfect split and held himself there while he practiced punches?
If he did that without any wires, that's some serious strength and flexibility.
Chuck Norris was a legit tough guy in his day, he was a feared competitor.
Chuck Norris was the Chuck Liddell of his era. He then got into movies like Bruce Lee. At that time he was one of the pioneers to bring martial arts to the screen in America.
Granted to watch his movies you can’t compare them to todays.
Chuck has aged, like we all will, but he is in great shape and continues to be involved with martial arts. He works with law enforcement and kids; he has remained a gentleman and an all around good person, to mention his name along with Van Damme is an insult.
Van Damme on the other hand, is not a true martial artist; he lied about his so called kickboxing career. He was in fact involved in dance, ballet, which is why he is so limber.
Although his movies are entertaining, they are far from his actual ability.
He is not a big person, (in more ways than one) if we all dieted down to a whopping 170 or less, we’d be ripped too.
As far as a person, he is an egotistical asshole. He does nothing for anyone unless there’s something in it for him. I hope that time has taught him something, anything.
ya he admitted steroids ruined his body on an interview. He was on them most of his career, a good 20 years. I am guessing primo and somthing else.
He also did coke for a lot of years aswell which didn't help.
if ya gotta aks da question.......I did gymnastics as a kid, does that make me "un-masculine?"
