It's the holidays. How much fat will you gain?

Well, I tried, but I just couldn't eat all I wanted to!!! Started with turkey breast, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing on my plate.

A while later, I ate a frosted sugar cookie.....a while later a piece of homemade fudge....a while later an oatmeal/PB/choc. chip cookie. About an hour later I had a couple sweet pickles and a couple potato chips and a few pieces of shrimp coctail. That's it. I was SOOOOO stuffed!

2 Vodka & Diet Squirt coctails and 3 glasses of wine throughout the day.

Woke up this morning to absolutely NO BLOAT. Didn't weigh in, but I'm sure it's not more than a pound. First thing I did when I got home last night was popped 2 Sesamax.

I brought home a piece of apple caramel pie and put it in the freezer for a cheat day.

So....how did you do?!?!?!?!
 
I ate a ton of food yesterday--and I do mean a ton. :) Woke up this morning and only gained a pound and a half. I fully expected a good three pound gain. Thanks Glucorell! I popped 5 of those babies 15 minutes prior to Thanksgiving dinner so they must have helped. This morning I hit the cardio machines first thing so I'm right back on it.

Are you talking about 1 lb of fat? or 1 lb according to the scale?

I was ~ 173 Thursday Morning and I'm 184.2 lbs as of 4:02 pm Friday...scale weight.

I'm sure I took enough Glucorell and Sesamax to kill a small horse ...

Oh honey if I was concerned with my scale weight I'd hurl myself off a building right about now...

I apologize for any confusion ... I was being a smart ass while trying to make you feel that one pound is NOTHING, as I am make fun of my ~ 12 lb gain (on the scale).

IMO you have NOTHING to worry about. Keep the diet tight, training steady, allow yourself your weekly cheat meal and you're well on your way to achieving your goal ... :D

Wow, all those liquids and salty food really waterlogged you, haina. In my case, my caffiene consumption seems to balance my salt intake hence I wizz like a racehorse pretty much constantly.
 
I actually lost 2lbs! Here I am in a building phase, and I ate a bunch of food (some bad!) and I actually lost 2lbs. I think it was all the last minute running around, and stress of all the family getting together.

Really though, ladies this is one of those smart, gracious guys we like in our forum. :) He's been gone for ages, but I seem to have convinced him to get back in here.

Well you better tell your friend, not to come in here and complain about losing 2 lbs, while stuffing his face chicka!!!


The men around here aren't allowed to talk about their weight, unless they're getting fat. lol
