25min trademill
5min warm up speed 5.5, incline 2%
6-7min speed 6.5, incline 2%
8-9 min walking 4.5, incline 2%
10-11 min 6.5, incline 2%
12-13 min, walking
14-15 min, running
16-17 min, walking
19-21 min, runninig
22-25 min, cool down speed 5.5, incline 2%
